Saturday Rentals
Full-Day Rental
12 Hours | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Ideal for clients seeking a fully immersive experience. Music must end by 10:00 PM; event concludes by 11:00 PM.
Partial Day Rental
8 Hours | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

A beautiful option with the same unforgettable atmosphere in a shorter format. Music must end by 10:00 PM.
Short Rentals
$500 per hour (6-hour minimum)
Available during:
– Morning Block: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
– Evening Block: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Minimum rental: $3,000
Sunday to Friday Rentals
Flexible options with weekday-friendly rates.
Hourly (3–6 hours)
– Sunday through Thursday: $400/hour
– Fridays: $450/hour

What’s Included
Every rental includes:
– Onsite Venue Coordinator
– Crossing Attendant to ensure guest safety during arrival
– Access to designated venue spaces
– Electricity, restrooms, and private use of the estate
Booking Policies
Deposit: 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date
Final Payment: Due in full 90 days prior to your event
Cancellations:
– More than 90 days in advance: 10% cancellation fee (based on total)
– Within 90 days: No refunds
Rescheduling:
One-time reschedule permitted for a $500 fee, pending availability
Cleanup & Exit:
All cleanup must be completed within the rental period. All guests, vendors, and items must be offsite by 11:00 PM.
We maintain a strict carry-in, carry-out policy for décor, rentals, personal items, and trash.
