Saturday Rentals

Full-Day Rental
12 Hours | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
$5,000 (incl. 1 hr rehearsal)
Ideal for clients seeking a fully immersive experience. Music ends at 10:00 PM. Gates close at 11:00 PM.

Partial Day Rental
8 Hours | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
$4,000 (incl. 1 hr rehearsal)
The same unforgettable atmosphere in a shorter format. Music ends at 9:00 PM. Gates close at 10:00 PM.

Hourly Rental
$500 per hour (6-hour minimum)
Morning Block: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening Block: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Sunday to Friday Rentals

Full-Day
11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
$4,500 (incl. 1 hr rehearsal) Music ends at 10:00 PM. Gates close at 11:00 PM.

Partial Day Rental
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM $3,500 Music ends at 9:00 PM. Gates close at 10:00 PM

Hourly Rental (3–6 hours)
Weekdays – $400/hour
Friday & Sunday: $450/hour

What’s Included

Every rental includes:
Onsite Venue Coordinator
Crossing Attendant
Access to designated venue spaces
Parking, electrical outlets, string lighting, and restrooms

Booking Policies

Deposit: 30% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date
Final Payment: Due in full 90 days before your event

Cancellations:
More than 90 days in advance: 10% cancellation fee of the total rental amount
Within 90 days: No refunds

Rescheduling:
$500 One-time rescheduling fee, pending availability

Cleanup & Exit:
All cleanup must be completed within the rental period. All guests, vendors, and items off-site by 11:00 PM.
We maintain a strict carry-in, carry-out policy for décor, rentals, personal items, and trash.
