The owner, Brent Okuley, is the reason the Palmetto Estate feels so personal. After more than two decades on the road as a tour manager and live-sound engineer, he chose a different kind of rhythm—one that keeps him closer to home and to his young son.

When he found the overgrown estate, he moved in, rolled up his sleeves, and spent years restoring every detail by hand. Because he actually lives here, Brent treats each event like it’s his own.
